The PRO Tech receives PRO PERKS based on the number of Rinnai products registered.
For 5 registrations | YETI® 36 oz Bottle w/Chug Cap
For 10 registrations | Maglite®/Knife Set
For 15 registrations | Carhartt® Tool Roll
For 20, 25 and 30 registrations | Choose your PERK
(JBL Earbuds or G-SHOCK Watch or Manometer or Drone)
For 35, 40 and 50 registrations | Choose your PERK
(YETI Cooler or Solo Stove or $200 WeatherTech® Gift Card or JBL Camo Speaker or Milwaukee® Tool Kit or Blackstone Grill)
Capped at 50 and will reset January of every year. Will have until March 31st of the following year to claim PERKS.
Your PERKS stay with you
In the PRO Tech program, you’ll earn awards (called PERKS) incrementally based on the number of Rinnai products you register. PERKS are items like cool gear, tech, tools and more that increase in value as your registrations climb. Better still, your PERKS belong to you—not the company you work for. Even if you change employers, your PERKS and annual progress stay tied to your account.
Participation is easy
If you install and register Rinnai products, you can be a Rinnai PRO Tech (even if you’re the business owner). Participation in the program is practically automatic. Just create a professional account in the Rinnai Central mobile app. Then, register each product you install in the app, where you can also track your progress.
PERKS plus support
As a Rinnai PRO Tech, you’ll get more than recognition. You’ll gain access to helpful resources within the Rinnai Central app, including product information, training materials and installation tips. You’ll also receive ongoing communication on program updates, training and product news.
PRO FAQ
1. Does my company have to be in the Rinnai PRO Network?
No. We’ve kept this program open and flexible. A Rinnai PRO Tech may be associated with any of the following:
- A Rinnai PRO Network company
- An out-of-network company
- A Rinnai Member company
- No company at all
2. How are PRO Tech PERKS different than Rinnai Reward Points?
When a PRO Tech is linked to a Rinnai PRO Network company, the company earns Rinnai Reward Points, while the PRO Tech earns the PERKS. The two benefits are separate, ensuring both the technician and the company are recognized appropriately.
3. What if I want to opt-out of the PRO Tech program?
If you would like to opt-out of the PRO Tech program and still keep your Professional Account in Rinnai Central, please email:
